Magnetorque® Plus steering sensor

The Magnetorque® Plus sensor is a non-contacting torque and multi-turn position sensor designed for demanding Electric Power Steering (EPS) system applications. Magnetorque® Plus sensors combine the features and precision of the  Magnetorque® II torque sensor with a multi-turn position sensing capability.
Both the torque and position sensing functions are based on Hall Effect technology. Torque outputs can be programmed by the customer to maximize system accuracy. The position output provides absolute multi-turn position information over ±900.

  • 1 million shaft rotations minimum life (no degradation in electrical outputs)
  • Ratiometric outputs
  • 15 mA torque current and 30 mA position current
